FAQs
-
Schedule a 30-minute Meet + Greet call with us. Everyone is different, so we like to get some further details about you and your goals, see if we are a good fit for each other, and discuss what the next steps look like.
-
We work with clients who are motivated, open to new ideas, and dedicated to their health. We promise to reflect those values back to you too! We are in this together.
-
Although we do not accept insurance directly, our services may be insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) eligible. We can provide superbills to submit for insurance reimbursement upon request.
-
Our team can help you with your nutritional needs, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat, and water), supplemental support, and individualized health solutions. Additionally, we can order tests to determine if there are any deficiencies, gastrointestinal (GI), or hormonal issues.
Our team cannot prescribe medications or substances. This is the role of the physician or specialized practitioner. As for weight loss medications, since these are medications/substances, we cannot prescribe them either.
-
Meal plans tend to be quick fixes and are not individualized. We do provide actionable recommendations and guidance so that you can make appropriate nutritional changes.
Ultimately, we want you to feel empowered, feel like your best self and keep up with your nutritional goals for the long run.

We are a virtual practice and see most clients through telehealth. We can practice in most states and some countries. During our Meet + Greet call, we will review where you reside and determine if we can work together.
There are many benefits to meeting remotely, which include:
Virtual visits ensure you get healthcare wherever you are located – at home, at work, or even in your car.
Virtual visits cut down on travel, time off from work, and the need for childcare.
Virtual healthcare tools can shorten the wait for an appointment.
Access to our services, even if you don’t live near our practice.
